We are seeking an ambitious and talented Principle Engineer to join our dynamic team.
You will be joining our AI and Innovation Group, a growing highly effective team where you can have an outsize impact on the future development of this exciting project.We are looking for: Hands on engineer, leader and problem solver – we are interested in your ability to build both as a leader and individual contributor Someone who is less tied to a given tech stack than they are finding and building solutions You will be instrumental in developing and deploying AI solutions that enhance our IT offerings.
You will work closely with our software engineers, and clients to design, build, and implement AI-driven applications and systems. It is your engineering skills we want, not your AI credentials. But having both would be great as well Responsibilities Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, including large language models, using both closed and open-source models to address real-world problems.
Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends that drive decision-making.
Manage the data flow and infrastructure to support effective AI deployment.
Model Training: Develop methodologies and UI/UX to train and optimize these advanced models to ensure high performance and accuracy.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers and project leads, to deliver sophisticated AI solutions.
Research: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and apply them to ongoing projects.
Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation to ensure reproducibility and scalability.
Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure results meet the required standards and performance metrics.
Requirements Minimum of 7+ years of experience Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Typescript.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
Nice To Have Strong Typescript and React knowledge Interest or experience in LLM/AI specialism with experience in recent tech stacks around AI a plus Knowledge and passion around all things AI
