Job Description:Chapter Leader / Technology Manager We're looking for a Chapter Leader (Technology Manager) to join our team!
In this role you will lead and manage systems analysts and software engineers, and will serve as a trusted partner to our business leaders and teams. The successful candidate must have deep technology experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to facilitate sophisticated issue resolution across multiple systems and business groups.
The individual must possess strong consultative, listening, communications and analytical skills, be a problem solver with excellent judgment and strong initiative. Regular communication (both formal and informal) with Senior Management is required. The position will lead a development team, including hiring and performance assessments, and coach the team to their full potential.
