Foster collaboration and technical excellence across Enterprise Infrastructure teams.
Proactively identify and implement observability and automation improvements to prevent future incidents.
Elevate team skills by sharing knowledge, mentoring, and leading by example.
Your Qualifications: Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
Expertise in troubleshooting complex systems across hardware, software, network, and cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
Deep understanding of observability tools, automation, and incident management practices.
Proven ability to lead under pressure and guide teams through major incidents.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate across diverse technical teams.
