We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our Cloud Native Infrastructure team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in AWS infrastructure, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), and advanced security solutions, and has experience building out infrastructure and platforms in multiple cloud regions.
In this role, you will drive the development and execution of our Cloud Native Infrastructure, ensuring a robust secure cloud platform that is crucial for building and managing cloud native applications and infrastructure.
This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence two days per week in our Dublin city centre location.
About this Role (Responsibilities)Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for our Cloud Native infrastructure, aligned with the overall company vision and customer needs.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer feedback.Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term strategy for the Cloud Platform.Product Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and external partners.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with security and compliance teams and our R&D teams to ensure the success of the platform.
Work closely with acquisition companies to ensure successful integration to the Toast platform.Do you have the right ingredients?
(Requirements)Technical Expertise:Proven experience with AWS infrastructure.Deep understanding of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) principles and technologies.Strong knowledge of Cloud Security best practices and technologies.Experience building out foundational infrastructure in a SaaS environment.Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level DNS and IPAM solutions, with a focus on automation and security.Kubernetes experience is an advantage.Product Management Experience:3+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in a SaaS company, plus 5+ years of experience in a technical role.Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing products.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.AWS certifications are a plus.Our Spread of Total Rewards
