Meet our Team We are looking to add a new role into the Dublin based team that are aligned to one of EMEA regions highest profile customers.
This is a new investment headcount that will own the relationship from a technical standpoint with this well known financial institution.
Our Global Services group work with our largest enterprise clients across all industries, this team is a technical, customer-centric delivery group that works side-by-side with our customers technical teams acting as the ambassadors for Hitachi Vantara.What you will be doing For one of our major clients, we have delivered a large transformation and refresh of the storage estate.
This includes, but is not limited to, our enterprise class VSP storage arrays, management software, File and Content solutions.
Working with both Hitachi internal and our customers teams in Dublin you will own the customer relationship day to day from a technical standpoint.
You are the trusted advisor on all aspects of the Hitachi technology in their estate - you guide on everything from the future (roadmap) to the now (change management, upgrades, escalations)What you bring to the team A unique blend of technical and stakeholder management experience, gained in a customer facing delivery role.First class communication with the ability to engage meaningfully with all levels within the customer and having a high EQ.We can only consider individuals with hands on experience of Storage, File and Content infrastructure (Hitachi preferred or Dell, IBM, HP)As well as knowledge of storage environments you should have knowledge of wider associated technologies like VMware, Veritas, Brocade.You'll be equally capable and comfortable in solutioning/design meetings as planning/managing upgrades, change management & general day to day operationsYou will have experience of implementing, configuring and documenting Hitachi Vantara technologies or similar technology according to agreed design documentation.About usWe're a global team of innovators.
