Principle Product Manager, Workvivo What you can expect We are seeking a Principle Product Manager to join the Workvivo team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, engineering, design, and marketing teams, to propose a product roadmap, provide regular updates on product progress and changes in direction. You will have a deep understanding of users and customers, and how the products are being used to formulate the product roadmap. You will stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs through market research and user feedback.

What we're looking for Have a Bachelor's in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering).Have a minimum of 8 years experience in product management.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Have understanding of product development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Have analytical and problem-solving abilities.Be proficient in project management and collaboration tools.Have a track record of delivering successful products to market.Experience and knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the company's products.Ways of Working
