Working with a professional and welcoming Team you will be part of creating Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including: Prepare mise-en-place in accordance with levels set and to the standards set.
Meet and greet all guests in a professional manner Deliver and serve drinks and food according to the Merrion standards Maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with grooming standards ensure all glassware/ crockery are polished and ready for mise-en-place Who we are looking for A candidate with the ability to be professional and communicate courteously and effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
