Private Equity Accountant

Our client, specialists in Private Markets, are looking for a Senior Fund Accountant to join their team in Dublin.
The Accountant plays an essential role in managing the daily accounting tasks and financial reporting for the Company's investment partnership entities.
Responsibilities: Analysing investor cash flow activities, including capital calls and distributionsMonitoring daily cash movements, including wire setup and cash forecastsReviewing management and performance fee calculationsAssisting with quarterly and annual financial statements in line with GAAP/IFRSSupporting performance reporting and the annual financial auditEvaluating partner allocations and capital account reportsAiding the investment team during transaction closures and information requestsInterpreting partnership agreements and ensuring compliance with reporting requirementsAnalysing distribution structures and carried interestAssisting the tax departmentJob requirements: Qualified accountant with a degree in Accounting3-4 years of experience in PE/REStrong Microsoft Excel experiencePrevious experience with Real Estate accounting, Investment Company AccountingManaging multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic setting
