Our client is in search of a Process Development Manager to assume a pivotal role in a critical project for their organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for optimizing the advantages of digitalization across their operations.

Key Responsibilities: Investigate and map the business process flow to identify opportunities for enhancement.Customize and integrate software tools as required.Coordinate the implementation of digitalization initiatives across multiple departments.Collaborate with software implementation teams to ensure successful and timely execution.Engage with internal teams to optimize system utilization and meet business reporting requirements.Develop and improve reports to facilitate decision-making.Identify relevant KPIs for all departments and establish a monitoring dashboard.The successful candidate will lead this project in collaboration with North West Regional College (NWRC) and will have the opportunity to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma with Queen's University Belfast as part of the employment package.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or relevant field, or substantial experience in an IT environment.Proficiency in Excel and SQL reporting (1 year or more).Previous experience in project management or process mapping (1 year or more).Contract: 18-month Fixed Term Contract (Third-party)
