Process Engineer

We are presently recruiting for a Process Engineer for our clients in County Limerick.
You will come with previous experience of working with Plastics and Injection Moulding equipment.
You will support the Injection moulding technical teams in day-to-day troubleshooting making necessary changes to ensure quality and reduce downtime.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in West County Limerick.
Responsibilities: Perform mould set up and colour changes.Troubleshoot mould processes, machines, and auxiliary equipment.Set moulding process parameters.Provide technical assistance to moulding technicians and operators.Support new tool design and development.Take responsibility for mould validation and process documentation.Support on new injection moulding machine selection.Preventative maintenance approach to be taken with regards to Injection Moulding machines.Promote and support TPM projects within the injection Moulding.Setting and sharing best practice.Support the Injection moulding technical teams in day-to-day troubleshooting.Experiences & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.A recognised qualification in Engineering / Plastics or Injection moulding.This is a full-time, permanent day shift position.
A base salary in the region of €45 – €55,000 with pension, medical insurance, and life insurance is offered.
