Process Engineer (Pharma)New

My client is seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing processes and new product introductions.
Reporting to the Value Stream Manager, the role involves technical, process, and operational support to ensure compliance, safety, and reliability in manufacturing.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has recently started in their career with 6 - 12 months experience and is looking to further their development in a new and exciting environment.Responsibilities:Serve as a technical representative for manufacturing processes and new product introduction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for vendor management, training, audits, and project work.Author, review, and execute process updates and quality investigations.Drive continuous process improvements using Lean Principles.Oversee operations to ensure reliable and repeatable manufacturing processes.Facilitate root cause analysis, system investigations, change controls, and Kaizen events.Support equipment commissioning, validation, and qualification.Analyze data to inform decision-making and improvements.Ensure compliance with company policies, cGMP, and regulatory standards.Promote a safe and compliant work culture.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Proven experience in process engineering with measurable achievements, ideally in a GMP environment.Knowledge of regulatory standards (Irish, European, International Codes).Proficiency in report writing, Microsoft Office, and job-related software.Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodology is a plus.Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage complex projects across multiple disciplines.
