The successful candidate will analyse production, operational, and customer data, and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes that drive process efficiency and performance improvements.
This role requires a blend of analytical skills, lean thinking, and hands-on implementation.
YOUR ROLEAnalyse production, operational, and customer data from multiple sources including SAP, MES, OEE systems, etc., to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Develop and maintain dashboards to support continuous analysis and reporting of key performance metrics.Create comprehensive reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommended actions to stakeholders.Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement process improvements based on daa-driven insights, using lean methodologies to optimise processes.Monitor the impact of implemented changes and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and optimal outcomes.Support and drive cross-functional projects, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously to ensure timely and successful completion.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
