Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Science Equipment Analyst to join our team in Limerick, Ireland.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing process equipment performance in our state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of process equipment performance and efficiency Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment productivity and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment-related issues Perform statistical analysis of equipment data to identify trends and areas for improvement Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations on equipment performance Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements Participate in equipment validation activities and documentation Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to process equipment Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and equipment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field with 3-5 years of experience in process science, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries Strong knowledge of IQ, OQ and PQ. Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and technical report writing Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries Experience with laboratory equipment operation and maintenance Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Additional Information In over just 30 years, Eurofins has grown from one laboratory in Nantes, France to over 47,000 staff across a network of more than 900 independent companies in over 50 countries and operating more than 800 laboratories.
