Procurement Administrator [Roi]

Wills Bros are seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator to support our Procurement Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of plant and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are available on time and within budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Requisitions.Negotiate with suppliers.Log Goods Received Notes (GRNs) as they are received.Process GRNs on to Coins Accounting System.Raise and close out any queries in relation to the GRNs with Procurement Department/Site staff.Generate and issue weekly reports for the procurement department and all sites.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Experience:At least 2 years' experience in a similar role with previous administration experience.Excellent typing skills and accuracy with Data Entry.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Very good organisational and multi-tasking abilities.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Apply nowYour name
