This role will involve strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive value and innovation in co-manufacturing partnerships.
The successful candidate will implement best practices in areas such as cost management, supplier relationship management, and category strategy development and execution. You will be responsible for the development of a forward looking, living Category Strategy aligned with the overall procurement and business plan.
What You Bring To The Role:5 years + procurement experience as a Category ManagerDairy industry / FMCG industry experience is desirableExcellent stakeholder management experienceProven procurement category management skills, ideally with a deep knowledge in co-packing and packagingPrevious experience leveraging e-procurement tools planning and leading RFI and RFP's, e-Auctions.Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills with the ability to resolve issues at all levels of management.Ornua has ambitious growth plans and we're building a team to help enable and accelerate that growth.
