Procurement Manager | Dublin | Aircraft Leasing

Our Aircraft Leasing client in Dublin is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to oversee the acquisition and delivery of aircraft materials and components. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the aviation industry, where you will play a crucial role in managing their supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with suppliers, maintenance organisations, project managers, and logistic providers to support material requirements. Procure aircraft parts and manage inventory across designated warehouse locations. Maintain effective communication systems for tracking deliverables and ensure compliance with import/export regulations. Develop and enforce agreements with key suppliers and produce comprehensive reports on equipment purchase and sales. Provide logistics support for air, sea, and road transportation and manage Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) for new aircraft pipelines. Skills and Experience: Graduate degree and 3-5 years of experience in aerospace-related fields or 5+ years of procurement and material control experience with an airline or MRO. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and supply management systems; knowledge of Oracle software is a plus. Clear understanding of FAA/EASA guidelines for the supply of aeronautical materials. Ability to interpret complex written agreements related to material control functions.
