Mace is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team to work on large scale and complex Infrastructure projects in Dublin.
You'll be responsible for: Support the establishment and maintenance of contractual governance throughout the programme / project lifecycle.
Liaise with client, stakeholders, project team, and supply chain to ensure compliance with the contract management standards, processes and systems.
Provide advice to the Project Manager and project team, where required, on all contract administration issues, including compensation events, early warnings and applications for payment including final assessment.
Prepare communications and instructions on behalf of the Project Manager.
Managing and processing of all contracted related documentation, correspondence and submittals.
Contributing towards continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Supporting the programme / project performance reporting.
You'll need to have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely collaborative, with ability to build excellent working relationships and have a very high political sensitivity;
Proven contracts and commercial experience in NEC and an excellent in-depth working knowledge of efficient contract and commercial systems and processes to maximize efficiency and value across the programme / project.
A degree in quantity surveying / cost management or equivalent and a professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS.
Previous experience in a cost consultancy practice in a similar role along with experience working on infrastructure programmes and projects.
