Procurement Specialist This role involves buying a wide range of products & services, managing the spend for HR, Professional Services, Marketing, Logistics.
Key Responsibilities: You will reporting to the Procurement Manager, supporting him with consolidating spend & tendering & contract mgt for a wide range of requirements.
Carry out end to end competitive procurement with business ensuring value for money, compliance, & best practice.
Input into strategic procurement planning consulting with key business depts & establish KPI's for depts.
Process new supplier onboarding & contract performance mgt.
programs with SLA & KPIs.
Establish & maintain relationships with key s/holders & suppliers.
Support negotiation & supplier selection Participate in procurement projects, including central service & supply areas, ensuring business needs are aligned, category spend is managed, & drive quality & cost savings Ensure compliance by all s/holders acquiring goods/services .
Continuously assess & support procurement policy, procedures, giving staff training as required.
Deliver comprehensive administration processes, tender mgt., record keeping, reporting, & budgeting procedures.
Personal skills: you will : - Influence all s/holders at all levels, using your interpersonal skills.
Deliver on time & to a consistently high stds Clear communicator with a critical eye for detail yet able to simplify the complex in communications & anticipate the needs of key stakeholders Commitment to problem-solving & improving processes, always anticipating the question.

Knowledge of procurement best practices & stds.
