We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our Business Technology Applications team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our IT capabilities and business objectives. They will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data, framing decisions, and making product improvement recommendations. They will then drive the software development lifecycle from idea to delivery, ensuring business outcomes are achieved to help us make strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into development requirements.Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.Develop and implement effective business solutions through research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.Work closely with the development team to ensure that business requirements are fully understood and properly implemented.Create detailed business analysis documents, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the functionality of IT systems and applications.Provide training and support to business users on new systems and applications.Monitor the performance of business technology applications and make recommendations for improvements.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in business technology applications. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or three years of relevant work experience.An understanding of Agile methodologies.Strong knowledge of business processes and IT systems.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.Experience with Atlassian products is a plus.
