YOUR ROLEDevelop new products for the AMC SBU based on the ADP process and in accordance with relevant Quality Management Procedures to comply with International Standards.Provide skills and expertise in adhesive product chemistry including anaerobic, structural acrylic, and light cure acrylic technologies.Maintain the business of the acrylic AMC portfolio.Actively problem-solve, including having foresight on potential issues and addressing issues that arise.Communicate successfully at all levels, e.g., with customers, suppliers, and other functions within Henkel, presenting both internally and externally as appropriate.Participate in Global Technical Team meetings.
