We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our growing product team. In this role, you'll play a key role in supporting all aspects of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Over recent years there has been an explosion in the volume of customers contacting organizations and the number and range of channels they utilize. We offer a range of industry leading customer experience automation solutions for Voice and Digital channels, both traditional and AI powered.
What you will do: Product Discovery: Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.Product GTM (Go-to-Market): Build assets and demos to support sales, pre-sales, and marketing efforts for product launches and ongoing initiatives.Product Operations: Gather data, run key meetings and product rituals, and ensure overall operational hygiene.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure a seamless product experience.What you will bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS, Engineering, etc.)2+ years in a Product Management or similar relevant role.2+ years' work experience on a SaaS, B2B high growth product team.Experience building and presenting product demos.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to take initiative and work independently.A passion for B2B enterprise SaaS products and understanding of the current market landscape.Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Experience with Product Management, User Design, and/or User research methodologies.Flexible work schedules and work-from-home options
