This role requires one day per week in our Kilkenny HQ.
We are looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience, preferably in B2B companies within the fintech industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that support our product teams, sales teams, and client management teams.
The role:
Develop and implement product marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and market demandsCreate compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audienceProduce high-quality marketing collateral, including product sheets, presentations, and sales enablement materialsCollaborate closely with product, sales, and client management teams to ensure effective communication of product features and benefitsConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategiesPlan and execute product launches, including internal and external communicationsDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, target market, and customer needsAnalyze product performance metrics and provide insights to drive product improvements and marketing effectiveness5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B fintech or related industriesProven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategiesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messagesStrong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysisExperience in working cross-functionally with product, sales, and client management teamsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plusKnowledge of VAT, tax compliance, or financial services is highly desirableSkills and Attributes
