Product Owner – Airline Software ProductsDublin, Ireland (hybrid) - Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to join our team and lead the research & development of innovative airline software solutions with a strong emphasis on analytics. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the airline industry, have a passion for using technology to improve business, and have skills in/strong understanding of product management.

LocationBased in our Dublin Office on Barrow St, Dublin 4Job StatusPermanent, hybrid working modelResponsibilities of the RoleCollaborate with key stakeholders, including airlines, industry partners, and internal teams, to gather requirements and understand business needs.Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.Work closely with the Product Manager to define and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and the market needs.Develop a product roadmap focusing on enhancing analytics capabilities to drive airline operations and business decisions.Write detailed requirements & specifications, including User Story Acceptance Criteria and Non-functional Requirements.Serve as the voice of the customer internally: understand the system users and the user experiences.Actively contribute to Agile processes, working closely with Engineering teams to clarify product requirements to ensure product release scope and timelines are met.Perform acceptance testing and approve test results prior to customer deployments.Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.Provide training and support to sales teams and customers to ensure successful product adoption.RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Outstanding written and oral communication skills.A real team player, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create excellent working relationships across all teams.Strong time-management and prioritization skills as well as attention to detail.Experience working with complex software products.Experience working with a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related business areas.Beneficial ExperienceGood airline networking skills.Expertise in aviation finance and/or financial modelling.Experience developing and/or launching products.High attention to detail including effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.Only direct applications will be considered.
