As a Production Chef, you will belong to a team of innovative production team.
You will be food focused with a nutrition and quality trained mind operating to the highest standards!
You will be a key member of the team to deliver world class food & service for our schools.
You will set the standard and guide your team daily.
This is a full time role, working 40 hours per week , Saturday to Wednesday and will only be required to work in line with the academic calendar.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare & cook a variety of dishes with precision & attention to detail.
Follow standardised recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency.
Maintain a clean & organised kitchen environment.
Always adhere to safe food handling & guidelines to the highest standards.
Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
Identifying opportunities to improve our food services Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts Representing and maintaining a positive brand image Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations Supporting and supervising staff on your team Key holding Responsibilities.
About You: Proven experience as a chef or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Punctual, reliable team player who the ability to also work independently Ability to show flexibility, with a strong communication style suited to a fast moving production operation.
