Job Description Daily leadership and guidance of production team/s.Driving and maintaining overall site standards and expectations in line with Letterkenny facility for Vertiv employees and contractors.Achieve production schedule timeframes and ensure customer deadlines are met.Organise manpower and other resources to achieve targets.Coordinate external subcontractors, production staff, and prepare product for dispatch and logistics.Deliver Toolbox Talks and H&S guidance.Create a positive self-motivated atmosphere in a team environment.Assist with first line management duties in line with company procedures.Proficient in setting out and tracking work in coordination with the engineering team.At least 3 years' experience in an industrial and commercial Electrical or Mechanical background. The Successful Applicant A successful Production Floor Elec/Mech Team Lead Support should have:
A technical background in Industrial / Manufacturing.Engineering Qualification City & Guilds, Recognised Apprenticeship or HNC/HND in Engineering.Proven leadership skills and team management experience.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Excellent communication skills.A commitment to quality and safety.
