Opportunity: We are looking for skilled Production Line Operatives to join our client's dynamic manufacturing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line.

Responsibilities: * Operate machinery and equipment efficiently on the production line.
* Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality standards.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to avoid downtime.
* Adhere to health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality specifications.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
* Report any issues with machinery or product quality to supervisors promptly.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Candidate Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar production or manufacturing role.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Basic mechanical skills and the ability to perform routine maintenance.
* Ability to follow instructions and work within a team.
* Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a manufacturing environment.
* Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
