The Production Manager is responsible for achieving MES Production targets, supporting the growth path of the Repair Station.
Reporting to the Repair Station Manager the PM will be responsible for leading a team of engine mechanics and ensuring the on-boarding and training of new mechanics.
Manages the production team for aeronautical products primarily on-site / on-wing maintenance of jet engines for Mobile Engine Services (MES) Dublin.
Develops in concert with MES Network improved work-specifications to maximise value from labour, tooling and processes while reducing cost of non-quality, test cell rejects and potential warranty exposure.
Ensuring sufficient manpower resources are available.
