Production Operative – 3 Shift Rotating CycleLoughrea, Co. Galway

In this role you will report into Production Supervisor/Production Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manufacture / pack product to GMP / regulatory standards as outlined in company documentationAccurate completion of all necessary documentationCarry out IPC checks as outlined in company documentationEnsure machines / equipment are maintained and working correctlyCarry out minor machine / equipment adjustments as appropriateClean machines / work area in accordance with standard operating proceduresAssist with training as requiredAttainment of targets relevant to work centreAdherence to health and safety proceduresEnsure compliance to documented procedures and cGMP requirements as outlined in company proceduresMaintenance of hygiene / housekeeping standards in all production areasComply to terms and conditions as outlined in your contract of employment
COMPETENCIES: Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vitalDemonstrate and practice company values on a daily basisSelf-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
QUALIFICATIONS: At least 1 years' experience in a Pharmaceutical FDA/HPRA or manufacturing environment preferableExcellent knowledge of GMP & GDP requirements desirableGood communication, leadership and people management skills are essentialStrong organisational and problem solving abilityAvailability to work on shift cycle based on company requirementsChanelle Pharma
