About your new employer A well-known West Cork Company is currently recruiting for a General Operative to join their Production Team.
About your new job Operate production lines, pack products, build pallets, and assist with cleaning to meet production goals.Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.Report any safety incidents or concerns promptly.Collaborate with the team to set up production lines, perform quality checks, and ensure materials are ready.Perform prestart, hygiene, and safety checks as instructed.Adhere to GMPs, SOPs, and all regulatory, food safety, quality, and hygiene requirements.Accurately document required information in a timely manner.Report any equipment malfunctions, damage, or issues to the Production Supervisor and use machinery safely.Record checks as instructed.Participate in lean manufacturing processes and support continuous improvements in food hygiene and housekeeping.What skill/experience you need Experience in operating and troubleshooting food production machinery is advantageous.Skills in inspecting products, packaging, and labels, reporting defects, and ensuring customer compliance are important.Knowledge of hygiene standards for maintaining clean work areas is required.What's on offer Full-time permanent roleShift allowance + competitive salaryOvertime.What's next Apply now by clicking "Apply Now" or contact me at 021 484 7139.
