Our client, a leading manufacturer specialising in precision plastic molding for various industries, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production process and the delivery of high-quality products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor injection molding machines and associated equipment to produce plastic components efficiently and within quality specifications. Conduct visual inspections of molded components to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any defects or issues promptly. Load and unload materials into machines, ensuring the proper set-up and maintenance of raw material supplies. Monitor production schedules and work with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Perform basic maintenance tasks on machines and equipment to keep them in optimal working condition. Maintain accurate production records and documentation of any machine issues or maintenance performed. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot problems and improve production processes. Qualifications: Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Excellent communication skills. Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines. Hours of work:
Must be available to work a rotating shift pattern – (8.00pm – 4.00pm, 4.00pm – 12.00am, 12.00am- 8.00am) – 8 hour shifts – 5 days per week

OR

(8.00am – 8.00pm, 8.00pm – 8.00am) 12 hour shifts –3/4 days per week
