What you need to know Matrix Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Production Operator for our Client, based in the Wexford Area. This is a Permanent Role. Your new job The successful candidate will perform a wide variety of tasks in the overall operation of the plant using Company Quality system guidelines to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
These tasks will be in materials handling, mixing, filling, and labelling areas.
This position is required to work on a shift pattern and will require a level of computer literacy, mechanical aptitude, and physical effort.
Key duties & responsibilities: Operate machinery and perform production tasks (handling, processing, blending, filling, labelling).Maintain batch records using the FM Quality System guidelines to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.Operate various machines as needed to ensure proper packaging of ingredients.Prepare and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and hygienic operation.Conduct final quality checks before dispatch.Safeguard confidential company information and intellectual property.What are we looking for? Leaving Certificate or equivalent.3+ years' experience in Food, Beverage, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing.Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery.Aptitude for computers and demonstrated computer literacy.Computer literacy; SAP and SCADA experience preferred.Teamwork, organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Forklift experience is a plus.Apply for this job now by emailing your WORD formatted CV to ****** Full detailed job spec available on request.
