Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for optimizing production processes? We're looking for a skilled Production Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and managing production schedules, ensuring seamless operations while maximizing efficiency.
What We Offer: Full-Time Permanent PositionCompetitive Salary of €40000.00Location: North Co.DublinWorking Hours: Monday to Friday (No Weekends!)20 Days Annual Leave + Bank HolidaysPerformance & Attendance bonusBuild your career with tailored training and development opportunities.Employee Assistance Program.Key Responsibilities: Create and manage weekly production schedules by analysing forecasts, order history, and plant capacity to ensure demand is met efficiently.Prepare and distribute daily production plans, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.Support the production team with daily tasks, promoting a positive and cooperative working environment.Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain precise production records and Excel spreadsheets to track schedules and outputs in real time.Monitor and report daily KPIs to evaluate performance trends and highlight areas for improvement.Proactively identify and resolve production issues to prevent disruptions in the process.Skills & Experience: A bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.Previous experience as a Production Planner, ideally within a fast-moving production environment.Proficiency in MS Office; preferable experience with production planning software.Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented approach.Join us and be a vital part of ensuring our production runs smoothly while contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment.
