Workplace Arrangement: We are on the lookout for a Production Supervisor to join us at our Taste & Ingredients site in Listowel. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career and build on your leadership skills and experience within an established and forward-thinking team.
This is a vital role within the Powder Production Department working within the shift cycle. The fundamental requirement of the role is to ensure the production schedule runs to optimum efficiency without any disruption. This position ensures that all stock is produced efficiently while maintaining close contact with various departments throughout the production process (Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, etc.). The Production Supervisor requires strong leadership, safety awareness, interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the ability to complete set goals/targets to the highest standard through initiative and commitment.
This is a shift-based role for a 24/7 plant operation, so there will be a mixture of shifts required.
