Your Responsibilities: Lead and manage your production team, ensuring all targets are met and driving high performance.
Act as the first point of contact for your team, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues and minimise escalation.
Work closely with support functions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Implement schedules, processes, and resource allocation while identifying and driving process improvements.
Foster a collaborative environment through effective team communication and leadership.
Support company-wide improvement initiatives using methodologies such as 3i, PDCA, 5S, Kaizen, A3, and Six Sigma.
Your Qualifications & Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
Leaving Certificate or equivalent; a third-level qualification is an advantage.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
Strong experience in materials and inventory planning systems, with SAP knowledge required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
