Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the production line team, encouraging strong communication and collaboration.Oversee efficient, high-quality production to meet targets.Ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality control standards.Train, develop, and mentor staff for top performance.Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity.Collaborate with inventory management to ensure material availability.Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety protocols.Key Qualifications: Experience in a production or manufacturing environment (food industry preferred).Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing a team.Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control standards.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Passion for baking and high-quality sweet treats.What We Offer: Full-Time Permanent PositionLocation: Co.
