As a Production Training Co-ordinator, you believe in teamwork to ensure the smooth operation of production processes and equipment.
The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating training and development within the Operations department at the Baxter Sandyford Compounding Facility. This is a parental cover role, with the possibility of securing a position as an On the Job Trainer at the end of the 12-month term.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Identification of training needs, coordination and scheduling of training activitiesPerforming training gap analysis for the site and finding opportunities for improvementOversight of training performance and influence of sameManagement of new starts to include induction training and preparation of training modules/packsCoordinate new starter requirements in relation to system accessMaintenance of personnel training filesProduction & departmental support on training and developmentSME on BaxU systemSupport NCR's/CAPA's related to trainingMaintenance of site training matrixEstablish a methodology for monthly reporting on training critical metrics and share with team as appropriateSupport the review and update of SOPs and production proceduresCompliance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Distribution Practices (GDP), EHS as applicableEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Third level qualification, preferably in a relevant field (Science, Training, Education, Management);3 years training experience desiredExperience working in a manufacturing, particularly compounding, is advantageousSKILLS Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills;Highly effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to tailor message to different audiences;Self-starter - ability to work on own initiative and also part of a team.High attention to detail is required to succeed in the role;What are some of our benefits of working at Baxter?
