Professor (Scale 2) of Medical Physics, School of Medicine
Permanent Whole-time Post UCC wishes to appoint to the role of Professor (Scale 2) of Medical Physics. Reporting to the Head of the Department of Medicine, UCC and the Chief Executive Officer of the Hospital, CUH, the academic staff member shall teach and examine, undertake administrative duties and carry out other duties appropriate to the post. Additionally, 50% of this position will be clinical and within the Medical Physics department in the Radiotherapy Unit at Cork University Hospital. The initial commitment for this post will be 50% to University College Cork and 50% to Cork University Hospital.

Appointment may be made on the Professor (Scale 2) Salary Scale: €117,184 - €137,627 (Scale B) / €111,325 - €130,747 (Scale A).
Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
