What you'll do This role is specifically related to Third Party Management of both Internal and External relationships within Citi Europe Plc. (CEP). The successful candidate will apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function and integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. We want someone who has an in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business and can evaluate moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. This successful individual will require good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are essential.
What we'll need from you Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running the CEP TPM program or portfolio of programs, including Committee preparation, minute taking and tracking actions.Needs to understand the regulatory requirements within Europe on Third Party Management, Digital Operations Resiliency and Cloud computing.Assists with business case, reviews business requirements, gap analysis, feasibility study in long term benefit, requirement and solution review with stakeholders.Meets with end users to understand business needs, write requirements, conduct walk throughs on requirement documents and obtain Project Sponsor, Product and Operations approvals.Applies best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.Advanced Excel user and excellent minute taker.Work with regional and global team and implement the best standards across teams.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications: Solid and demonstrable experience managing or participating in projects and teams within the finance and at least 2 years in a professional management role.Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.What we can offer you By joining Citi Dublin, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week), but also receive a competitive base salary (which is annually reviewed) and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits that support you (and your family) to be well, live well and save well.
