What You'll Do Drive Operational Excellence: Be the champion of process improvement, standardizing and sharing best practices across vendors and regions to build a consistent support framework.Vendor Management: Manage complex vendor relationships, conducting thorough assessments of business processes, and driving metric improvements that impact the organization's quality standards.Process Design & Implementation: Design, build, and enhance internal and external processes, contributing to our operational scalability and excellence. Influence and align cross-functional teams on strategies and best practices.Lead Change Management: Clearly communicate progress on initiatives, synthesize feedback, and adjust plans to ensure successful implementation. Collaborate effectively with teams across the globe.Juggle Multiple Priorities: Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.Who You Are Proven Program Manager: 5+ years of experience driving complex projects to completion with minimal guidance.Technically Proficient: 4+ years experience with Excel (PivotTable, Charts, Statistical functions) and leveraging data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).Quality Focused: Experience in program management or process excellence, especially in customer support or quality settings.Tech Savvy: Experience in a technology company or IT consulting firm is a plus.Lean/Six Sigma Expertise: A background in Lean/Six Sigma within a quality setting would make you stand out.This opportunity is a 9 month contract, fully remote in Ireland.
