In this role, you will lead a portfolio of projects related to the People Experience (PX) transformation or other People Operations initiatives. You will also influence and navigate the PX ecosystem. From proactively designing implementation to further operationalizing and scaling established programs.

ResponsibilitiesOwn outcomes for one large or multiple smaller cross-functional programs as a key leader, owning work related to overall project/program management (e.g., risk management, communications, and planning).Define and develop program roadmap, scope, approach, and establish program goals with timing as well as leading change management efforts.Oversee the integration of cross-functional or cross-organizational program timelines, develop process improvements and recommendations, and help define operational goals and objectives.Coordinate resources and provide technical leadership in line with long-term objectives, enabling the business to identify and prioritize projects and programs.Lead post-program implementation and propose/implement changes for continuous improvement.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
