Williaam Cox Limited has an excellent opportunity for a Programme Co-Ordinator who is detail-oriented, able to multi-task and in possession of strong communication skills.You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, always strive to add value and have an ability to contribute to a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
A new role which will be reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will work closely with other departments in the business such as Estimating, Design, Procurement, Production and Construction and have a meaningful impact on the success of the company. The role will be primarily managing the planning of the current and future workload and processes and weekly review with the associated departments.

Principal AccountabilitiesPlan and prepare Tender Programmes using Microsoft Project SoftwareDevelop each Tender Programme into fully detailed Project Programme (upon securing the Project), by liaising with each Department Manager to agree required tasks, durations and logic linking of each taskAssign resources to all tasksLink each Project Programme to our central Master ProgrammeUsing our central Master Programme, prepare and issue reports such as Department Capacity Charts and filtered look-ahead programmesObtain Progress information from Department managers on each Project, enter Progress updates into each Project Programme, recording "As-Built" dataReport any areas of delay risk to Project Teams and investigate opportunities to minimize risk and recover any potential delayCo-ordinate programme/progress related meetings to enable any delay risk to be reduced, enhancing available project floatBeing pro-active by continuously reviewing Planning procedures and Tools, to introduce Business Improvements whenever possibleKey RequirementsTeam player approach to work and problem solvingGood knowledge and experience of Microsoft Project (or alternative Planning Software)Good analytical skillsAbility to identify tools, processes and metrics to bring about continuous improvementGood communication and active participation skillsAbility to coordinate and attend early-stage project meetings and others as requiredAbility and drive to develop a clear process for all our projectsProficiency in the full Microsoft Office SuiteIf you would like more information on this or any other Williaam Cox products, or you would like to discuss your specific project requirements contact us today.
