St. Patrick's Festival is delighted to announce that we are now seeking to appoint a Programme Manager to join our Festival team.
The responsibility of the Programme Manager is to work closely with the Artistic Director and other members of the Programme Department to plan and deliver the Festival's core events and wider programme. This is a great opportunity to work with a festival team in a fast-moving environment. This role will be a 17 week fixed term contract starting on Monday 11th November 2024 and ending on Friday 21st March 2025
Duties and Responsibilities Work with the Artistic Director to plan and deliver the creative programme for the 2025 Festival.Assist in the booking of artists, musicians and performers.Work with the Festival's various stakeholders including venues, suppliers, contractors, performers, funders and sponsors.Create presentations, information materials and written content for the Festival programme as required.Work collaboratively with all Festival departments, in particular the Marketing and Production Departments, to ensure a cohesive approach to the creation of the Festival programme.Manage the programme schedule, liaising with other departments to ensure key dates are met.Provide support in drafting copy for event listings for the Festival website.Ensure that financial resources are managed in a productive manner and within budget.
