Programmer Producer At The Ark

We are looking for a positive communicator with excellent planning, programming, and producing skills to produce and oversee The Ark's artistic programme.
In line with The Ark Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy and the commitments of The Ark Strategy 2024-2028, the Programme Producer will lead The Ark's engagement with brilliant and daring artists who reflect the diversity of who we are today and who share our ambition for boundary-pushing art for children. The Programme Producer will develop and manage the delivery of the annual artistic programme to include the commissioning of new work, coordinating multi-disciplinary programming, and producing a number of Ark productions per year.
Reporting to the Director, the Programme Producer will work to ensure that The Ark delivers a high-quality, engaging multi-disciplinary programme for children year-round in The Ark and in schools, in person and online. As a member of the Senior Management team, the Programme Producer will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent communication with production personnel, artists, creative teams, internal colleagues, and external partners enabling the best quality work and experience for artists and audiences.
