Responsibilities Assist in the planning and implementation of construction projectsCoordinate between contractors, subcontractors, and suppliersMonitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedulesPrepare and maintain project documentation and reportsAssist in budgeting and financial tracking of projectsSchedule and arrange meetings with stakeholdersCommunicate project updates to the team and managementRequirements Proven experience in project coordination or a related fieldStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in project management softwareKnowledge of construction processes and terminologyAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solvingDue to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship's already in place.
