Project Co-Ordinator

Project Co-Ordinator Clerical Grade V – 1 Yr Fixed Term The Project Co-Ordinator, reporting to the Head of Operations, is responsible for overseeing the Outpatient workstream project from approved design to implementation.

The role involves coordinating, implementing, and monitoring, the defined outpatient actions, acting as the main point of contact for the project, and ensuring effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
Effective project management demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments that have competing priorities, all while aligning with the hospital's strategic objectives.

Essential Criteria: · Proven relevant experience co-ordinating change projects, from pre-approval to project closure.

· Direct experience working with stakeholders/customers.

· Excellent computer skills.

· Excellent interpersonal, organisational, communication, and report writing skills.

· Proven ability working to strict deadlines.

· Excellent attention to detail.

Desirable: · Experience of project management and collaboration tools.

· Experience working in a Project team function.

· Business analysis experience and/or related training (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).

· Certified in Prince 2 or other process-based methodology for effective project management
