We are currently seeking a project co-ordinator to join our Supply Chain Services New Product Introduction team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead assigned launch projects and market extensions for Global Operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the ongoing supply of life-changing therapies to our patient populations and geographies.
This is what you will do:
As a Project Co-ordinator, you will work closely with Supply Chain Services managers to prepare comprehensive product launch plans. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project plans & schedules, supporting multiple launch projects simultaneously, risk and issue analysis, creating and maintaining project & GMP compliance documentation, and supporting product serialization for new products.
You will need to have:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* An ability to prepare and interpret process flows, schedules and step by step action plans
* Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
* Familiarity with risk management
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of GMP
* Excellent digital literacy with experience in Microsoft project
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact globally and at different levels within the organisation
* A self-starter with a drive for improvement and compliance
* A team player who will actively contribute to process optimisation discussions and to maintaining an inclusive work culture
We would prefer for you to have:
* Formal Project Management certification
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
* Degree level educated or equivalent Qualification
* Experience in product serialisation
