Programme Coordinator - Project Manager with experience in Change Programmes Exciting Opportunity in Dublin City Centre We are seeking a Programme Coordinator - Project Manager with experience in Change Programmes to join our team.
Responsibilities include: Monitoring project progress and creating project status reportsScheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communicationManaging project management documentsTask tracking, follow-up, and resource schedulingEnsuring smooth project operation and eliminating blockersKey Deliverables: Admin task listMeetings scheduleProject ReportsProject documentation maintenanceExperience required: Proven work experience as a Project CoordinatorExperience in IT Transformational programmesStrong organisational, client-facing, and teamwork skillsKnowledge of risk management, change management, and quality assurance controlProficiency in Microsoft Project and project budget coordinationWe are looking for candidates with 4-6 years of project management and coordination experience, ideally with a recognised project management qualification.
This is a full-time role with a hybrid attendance pattern. Initial assignment duration is 12 months.
