We are looking for a detail-oriented and proficient Project Control Specialist with German language skills to join our dynamic team.
This role is perfect for a meticulous professional with a knack for managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities Internal System Operations: Gather data from internal systems through reports and surveys, then apply the necessary workflows to share this information with relevant teams and Management.
Coordinate events and determine the locations for new telecom antennas based on specified criteria.
Perform additional verification checks for internal teams and Management.
Maintain accurate and timely internal reports according to established guidelines.
External Systems: Submit requests to municipalities to obtain Cadastral and Title deed information related to the project.
Gather required data and upload it into the system.
Complete necessary tasks to gather comprehensive details about new contract locations, including assessing construction feasibility, arranging Grid connections, and fulfilling other essential requirements.
Desired Qualifications Proficient in English Native-level fluency in German Previous professional experience in a back-office role Eagerness to learn and grow Prior administrative experience is advantageous Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
