Job Description Project Coordinator We have an immediate need for a project coordinator for an initial 6-month assignment (with the possibility of extension) providing support on one of our major infrastructure projects.
The role includes the following duties: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders Providing administrative support to all member of the project resourcing team Responsible for setting up interview invites, room booking, setting up and coordinating individuals relating to the project Conducting screening calls.
Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives Taking minutes of meetings when required.
Ensuring all project documentation is stored correctly.
Undertaking preparatory supportive audits.
