We are looking for a Project Director to complement our friendly dynamic team in Dublin and deliver projects in the Education Sector across Ireland.

You will exhibit the following skills / experience:
A passion for design and the environment within the Education sector including primary, post primary and higher education, with proven experience of designing and delivering inspirational teaching and learning spaces that meet the Department of Education standards and specifications. A proven project delivery in the Irish construction sector with an understanding of the statutory permissions (Planning/FSC/DAC), full knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, including BC(A)R process and acting as Design Certifier and administering professional services and construction contracts including Public Works Contract Administration (PW-CF1 or/and PW-CF2, NEC4) and D&B contract. The ability to manage client relationships / client satisfaction, including large scale projects / programmes, and leading / managing project teams in the preparation of presentations, statutory permissions, tender and construction documentation / specifications, through project delivery and post-evaluation stages. A sound understanding of and commitment to sustainable building design and delivery. The experience of leading teams delivering to Building Information Management (BIM) ISO 16950 standards with Revit capability, InDesign experience and MS suite capability is essential.
